The basic terms for using Applyable to generate, review and track job application materials.

The service
Applyable generates job-application documents and reports from information you provide. Access requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual); there is no free tier. Every new subscription starts with a free trial — see below.
Your content, your responsibility
Documents are built only from what you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for reviewing every document before sending it to an employer. Match scores are estimates, not guarantees of any hiring outcome.
Subscriptions and the free trial
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. A 3-day free trial is available to new subscribers: a card is required when you start it, nothing is charged during the trial, and on day 3 your card is charged automatically for the plan you chose unless you cancel first. Stripe emails you before the trial ends. Cancelling during the trial means you pay nothing; without an active subscription the tools are unavailable, though your data is retained. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Plans & billing; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling during a trial ends it immediately with no charge.
Changes to pricing
We may change prices with reasonable notice. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Usage limits
Both plans have limits on the actions that cost us money to run (AI generation, recruiter email lookups). Current limits are shown inside the product and enforced with a clear message — never a silent failure. ATS scoring and Power Edit are unlimited on every plan.
Acceptable use
Don't misrepresent your identity or qualifications, don't use the recruiter-finder for spam, and don't attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Applyable depends on third-party services (Google Gemini, Hunter.io, Clerk, Supabase, Stripe) and can be affected by their outages.
